Shipping will be calculated at check out, but we thought you might want to know shipping rates before you order. We are currently shipping most items ground and your package should arrive in 5-7 business days, many times even sooner! Some larger items come straight to you from their individual warehouses, so may arrive separate from your smaller items, these larger items may take up to 2 weeks delivery time.
You will find the green Free Shipping icon on many of our items, as well as all Flea and Tick medications. Regular shipping rates will apply to additional items in the order based on the chart below, but NO order will incure more than $9.99 in shipping fees!

....up to $14.99 shipping is $3.99
$15.00 to $24.99 shipping is $5.99
$25.00 to $39.99 shipping is $6.99
$40.00 to $59.99 shipping is $8.99
$60 and over shipping is $9.99
As noted on some product pages, FREE SHIPPING on oversize/heavy weight freight items applies to the mainland USA only, Hawaii and Alaska must call for a price quote. All other merchandise may be shipped to any USA address, sorry but we are not accepting international orders at this time.
Backorders will be shipped within 30 days of original ship date or be cancelled and refunded.

To return something:
Please call or email us to let us know you have a problem and get authorization for a return. If you don't have a copy of the invoice Make a note of your name, address and order number so we can find your account. Please insure your package when returning an item. If we don't get it or it's damaged when being returned to us, we can't refund your money. We do not refund shipping costs, we will replace/exchange a defective item. Some items may incure a 20% re-stocking fee, and occasional items are non-returnable.
